Welcome to the MiC Quality Primer in Statistics. The objectives of the Primer are:

• to encourage you to take a 'process perspective' to help make your processes efficient and effective

• to give you a solid understanding that will prepare you for further study

This course will give you the statistical tools you need for the Six Sigma Green Belt level. Our Advanced Statistics course covers the statistics tools needed at the Six Sigma Black Belt level. All our other courses cover many analytical methods involved in Six Sigma.

When you successfully complete this course you will receive a Certificate of Completion. If you wish, we will mail you a personally signed copy of the certificate and a pocket-size printed version of the Reference Booklet.

 IMPORTANT Our courses make frequent use of practical examples implemented in Excel spreadsheets. If you are not familiar with using Excel for statistical analysis, please complete our free MiC Quality Excel Primer.
