Mixture Designs

Mixture designs are a type of experimental design that are used to deal with mixtures. Mixtures are different from other types of experimental design because the proportions of the constituents must add up to 100%. Increasing the level of one constituent necessarily reduces the level of the others. Types of mixture design include:

Augmented Lattice Design L Simplex Designs
Extreme Vertex Design Simplex Centroid Design
Lattice Design

The Design of Experiments is covered in the MiC Quality basic Design of Experiments course and Advanced Design of Experiments course.
