Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
 

A Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is a measure that is used to track the performance of the organization to a high level (strategic) goal.

The KPI measures used by the organization are an important consideration in the selection of Six Sigma projects. Financial measures used as KPI include the ROI and NPV.
