Cpk Process Capability Index

Cpk is one of several indices used to measures Process Capability. Cpk is used to predict actual process performance (see also Cp):

Where:

μ	Process mean

Cpk is the same as Cp if the process mean is exactly at the target. If the process is off target then Cpk is less than (worse) than Cp.
