Accuracy

Used in measurement; the difference between the average of a number of readings and the true, or target, value.

Bias

i. In measurement - the difference between the observed measurement and the true value (according to a reference standard). Essentially the same thing as accuracy.

ii. In sampling it is any factor that causes the sample characteristics to vary from those of the population.

Precision

The variability of a process, usually measured by the variance or standard deviation.
